Swings

We took The Princess to the park last weekend. She's constantly begging to play on the playground at the apartment, but it is not a kid-friendly place. It's one of those places where she'll either fall head first off the equipment, seriously burn herself on the metal slides in the summer, or be trampled by the kids who are too old to be playing there in the first place.

So we surprised her by taking her to the park at Grandma Rosie Pepper's house. It was a bit too cold for my taste, and I realized how completely out of shape I am (DH had to do all the chasing as she ran back and forth), but The Princess had an absolute blast. Her favorite part was being pushed on the swings. She kept asking daddy to push her higher - she's definitely our little thrill seeker.


Sidenote: We went and had DH *and* The Princess' hair cut later that day. :)
